I have a password-protected file on a PC at work but seem to have forgotten my password. Is there any way Ultimark Solutions can retrieve it for me?

Possibly, yes. This totally depends on the file type in question and the complexity of the password. We have successfully retrieved passwords for past clients that had password-protected files in Outlook, Outlook Express, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Quicken, Quickbooks and AutoCAD.
