What is your returns policy on faulty goods?

Answer


If a product was purchased from Ultimark Solutions and has developed a fault, and is within its warranty period, then it can be returned to us for diagnosis and/or replacement. Depending on the product’s manufacturer, the product will either be repaired free of charge and returned to you or will be swapped for a new one (or a similar one in specifications and price if the faulty product has been discontinued or is not in stock). The above policy only applies if the product has naturally developed a fault. It will not be repaired or replaced if it is out of its warranty period or if the product has developed a fault due to it being tampered, knocked, dropped or mishandled in any other way. In both cases a receipt or invoice will be required as proof of purchase.
