Our Repair Methods & Charges
At Our Place
If agreed that it would be beneficial for you to have us repair your PC or laptop at our workshop, we will gladly pick up and return the machine free of charge, from anywhere in Cyprus.*
Once the machine is at our purpose-built workshop, we carry out comprehensive hardware and software tests to diagnose the problem and then we can order any replacement parts required and fit them, run a burn-in test (continuous overnight hardware test), re-configure any settings and configurations and even clean the PC inside and out to give it that new and fresh feeling. This kind of service is routinely performed on machines that are serviced at the lab at no extra cost.
We charge a flat-fee of €45 per working day. We feel this is much fairer and economical to the client than charging on a per-hour basis as is the norm.
* there is a surcharge of €15 for the pickup/return of your system if you are residing outside the towns of Paphos, Limassol, Nicosia, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paralimni or Larnaca. Prices do not include VAT.

Clients Premises
We know very well that it is not always practical or even necessary to remove your PC and bring it to our labs. We are therefore more than happy to work on-site where appropriate or required to do so by you.
We do not charge a call-out fee as most other companies do. Our charges begin from when entering and stop when leaving your premises.
We charge a flat-fee of € 35 for private 
clients and € 50 for corporate clients per man hour* no matter how big or small the job is – from a simple virus removal and disk cleanup to an entire cabled or wireless network installation.

Pre-paid Company Maintenance Schemes
We offer exalowcost_onsitectly the same service, reliability and efficiency for companies and institutions as we do for our private clients.
In addition to that, and only available to our corporate customers, we offer you a prepaid scheme. This enables your company to buy maintenance hours with Ultimark Solutions in blocks, releasing you from often cost-heavy per annum maintenance contracts with other IT engineering and support teams. A company can buy hours of maintenance from us up-front in discrete blocks. The prepaid maintenance hours cover any and all tasks related to PC and network maintenance. Additionally, these prepaid hour-blocks never expire!
5 onsite hours: € 250 - now only € 200
10 onsite hours: € 500 - now only € 400
20 onsite hours: € 1000 - now only € 800
Additional hours: € 45 p/hour - now only € 40 p/hour

No fix - No fee!
We have always been proud of our 'No Fix No Fee' policy and we always adhere to it. 
If you bring in your PC or laptop to us and it is beyond repair or we cannot fix it (very rare but it happens!), then you will not be charged for our time!
Policy does NOT apply if the equipment was inspected by a 3rd party prior to bringing it in to us or if equipment is currently under guarantee.
